Deadweight tester

Deadweight tester

Deadweight testers

With the deadweight tester you can calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic pressures in AutoCal+.

About the deadweight tester

With the deadweight tester pressure exerted by gas or liquids can be measured.

For this calibrator only normal measurement is available in AutoCal+. This means the calibrator can measure and send the results back to AutoCal+, but the calibrations cannot be planned within AutoCal+.

Integrate with AutoCal+

Calibrating using the deadweight tester and AutoCal+ is very easy. All specific technical details of the dead weight tester are entered as a reference tool. All correction factors, local gravity and specifications of each weight of the weight set must be entered into AutoCal+ and will be used for
each calibration point.

During the calibration, you receive clear instructions which weights to use for each calibration step in order to avoid errors and reduce the uncertainties of the calibration. The software calculates the actual pressure at each calibration point based on entered specific data.

After completing the calibration, all data is processed in the AutoCal + system for further processing in quality systems and reports. The traceability of the entire calibration and instrumentation is guaranteed in accordance with ISO 17025 guidelines.
